This privacy policy will attempt to explain, in very simple terms, how we use your information, and our expectations of you as a user of this site.

As with every other site on the Web, we use cookies as they are a required technology to attempt to stay ahead of cyber attacks. We will make use of three specific essential cookies, which are required to operate this site.

YDS This is our primary cookie which can take one of two forms, depending on your actions. It will not appear until you log into the site, but your election of "Remember me" on the login form will change it to last for 7 days. Without this selection, the cookie is captured in your session, which means it lives for as long as your browser is running. Once the browser is closed (all windows), the session cookie(s) will disappear. If you did elect to be remembered, then all we did was set an expiration date. Feel free to delete it if you want; you just won't be logged in for the next session.
YDS_AF In attempt to stay ahead of certain cyber attacks, we are using an anti-fogery technique in which our server will attempt to verify the content of the cookie, saved in your browser. If it matches, then it's a successful request. Otherwise, someone might be doing something bad and the request is rejected.

We do not use third-party trackers or marketing techniques to tag, track, or monitor you or your activities. We do ask for certain pieces of information on your account creation, but make no attempt to correlate that information to any external sites or data stores. It's your information and we won't share it.

As a valid email address is required for account creation, we may use that address to contact you for certain activities related to this site. We will not use it for marketing purposes, nor will we sell it to anyone. We hate spam as much as everyone else, so we will not contribute that problem.

Data Retention

We will hold on to your data until you ask us to remove it. We will happily comply as long as there is no issues with billing and a subscription can either be canceled or handed off to someone else. Upon request, your account will be marked as inactive, and you will no longer be able to use this site.

Selling or Sending Your Personal Data

It has been mentioned before, but it deserves to be stated again. We will not give, copy, or disseminate your data to anyone else by any means. You have entrusted us with your information and we will do what we can to keep it safe.

Children's Privacy

This site makes absolutely no effort to single out, target, or focus on anyone by a specific age, especially those under 13. If you have visited this site and you are under the 13 years old, please come back in several years.

From time to time, we may review this privacy policy or be forced to write it in a more legaleze fashion. If we do change the policy, then we will place a notice on the site and send you an email.
